I. About this campaign in general
1 This 600-campaign, with its relatively low donation requirement, has been created to give small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as individuals a chance to join in supporting the Black Jaguar Foundation (BJF) and its projects. The companies and individuals who support the BJF through this campaign are referred to as 'Participants'.
 
2 There are 4 donation levels a Participant can choose from:
Supporting Friend : Euro 1.000,--
Supporting Friend Gold : Euro 5.000,--
Corporate Friend : Euro 5.000,--
Corporate Friend Gold : Euro 10.000,--
 
3 The personal data that will be gathered by BJF in the course of this campaign and any ensuing processes, will only be used in order to send out BJF updates and will not be provided to third parties.
 
4 Participants who produce a video message that is inspiring and creative and gets others involved too, will have a chance to win a fully paid trip to the Corridor Zone in the Brazilian Amazon!
 
5 BJF reserves the right at all times, without prior or further notice, to exclude any participant from participation if it believes that this participant is abusing the campaign, is not acting in accordance with these terms and conditions, is involved in fraudulent activities and / or attempts to influence this campaign unlawfully.
 
6 The Participant acknowledges that the logo's and brand name of  'Black Jaguar Foundation'' (BJF) are high-end brand propositions and are marketed with great care and attention by the BJF  to represent BJF's core values. The Participant will communicate its partnership with the BJF with great care too and in accordance with the BJF values.

II. Validity of the title 'BJF Friend'
1 From the date of receipt of donation-fee as mentioned in article I.2, the participant will receive the title 'Friend of the BJF' for 2 years. This entitlement will automatically be prolonged after receipt of donations to match the value of the Corporate Friend package ( Euro 1K or 5K or 10K ) for the period thereafter.
 

III. About the use of the BJF Supporting Friend logo
1 Participants receive a royalty free licence for the use of the logo 'BJF Supporting Friend' during the agreed period of this cooperation and is entitled to use this logo for promotional purposes in her/his communication, PR and or marketing.
2 No exclusivity on communication rights are given by the BJF to participants who are 'Friend' of the BJF.  Exclusive communication and PR-rights start at 'Partner-level'.

1 Participants receive a royalty free licence for the use of the logo 'BJF Corporate Friend' during the agreed period of this cooperation and is entitled to use this logo for promotional purposes in her/his communication, PR and or marketing.

IV. About your video message for your pr-window
1 Your promotional video may involve your own company, activities and logo. It is a unique chance to share your social responsibility with friends, employees and clients.
2 'Gold' friends are allowed to upload multiple video messages to your pr-window.
3 The Participant grants the BJF the usage rights of its video-testimonial to broadcast it on TheLast600.org and in BJF presentations & campaigns.
4 When the Participant produces its own video, it is solely responsible for its content. When BJF produces the recording of the video-testimonial, then BJF will own its usage rights and is responsible for its content.

V. About the prizes one can win in this campaign
1 Participants who produce a video message that is inspiring and creative and gets others involved too, will have a chance to win a fully paid trip to the Corridor Zone in the Brazilian Amazon!
 
2 This campaign, which should be devised and executed by the participants themselves in order to be eligible for the prizes, serves public interest. After all, the effect of the promotion campaign is to generate awareness and to raise funds to benefit the projects of the BJF.
 
3 An independent marketing & advertising jury will decide on the  winners. Prize winners will be announced by e-mail and be made public on the BJF website, 1 week after all of the 600 windows are 'sold' and all the jaguar sculptures found a new 'home'.
 
4 This 600-campaign is subject to the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance. Click here to read the details (available in Dutch only). BJF acts in accordance with this Code.
 
5 Team members of BJF are not allowed to enter this competition.
 
6 Participants under the age of 16 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter the contest.
 
7 BJF is not liable for any damages resulting from this campaign or from the prizes awarded to the participants.
 
8 The stipulations under number 7 apply without prejudice to third-party suppliers, BJF suppliers and / or manufacturers of the product / prize.
 
9 Any taxes or levies that apply to the awarding of the prizes will be satisfied in full by BJF.
