About us
Dr. Richard Nap has over 25 years of international experience in academia and animal health business at the associate professor and associate director level. He is the owner of Uppertunity Consultants and also of VetCoach, a not-for-profit project to support veterinary students and young professionals by collecting and sharing professional veterinary career experience of veterinarians around the world. Dr. Betina Rama is a consultant for change and diversity, specialized in Team Facilitations, Team Coaching and senior executive coaching.
